FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about Chargel — the platform, coverage, how it works, and the demo.

What is Chargel?

Chargel is the operating system for African logistics: a single platform to book transport capacity, run operations, track deliveries in real time, generate documents and handle invoicing — from request to settlement.

Which countries does Chargel operate in?

Chargel operates in West Africa, with offices in Dakar (Senegal) and Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), and covers the region's main transport corridors.

Who is Chargel for?

For shippers who want to run all their transport, carriers looking for more loads and faster payments, and freight forwarders and 3PLs orchestrating execution. Each profile gets its own tailored workspace.

How does delivery tracking work?

Every shipment is tracked in real time by GPS, with status updates at each step and a digital proof of delivery, available from the dashboard and on mobile.

Does Chargel handle documents and invoicing?

Yes. The platform automatically generates transport documents, centralizes proofs of delivery, and handles invoicing and payment reconciliation — cutting down on chasing and spreadsheets.

Does the app work on mobile, even offline?

Yes. Carriers run their jobs and confirm deliveries from their phone, including in low-connectivity areas, thanks to an offline mode.

How do I become a partner carrier?

Carriers can join the Chargel network to access available loads. Contact us via the form or book a demo, and our team will guide you through onboarding.

How do I get a demo?

Book a demo from our dedicated page: 30 minutes with a Chargel expert, applied to your corridors and document flows. We get back to you within 24 business hours.
